Months of military attacks by the Government of Sudan on their own people have prevented crop production, causing near-famine conditions. The attacks themselves continue to kill, injure, displace, and terrorize innocent civilians while the international community continues to stand by.
On March 7, Rep. Jim McGovern introduced the Sudan Peace, Secruity, and Accountability Act of 2012. It's a strong piece of legislation that needs your support to get passed.
